What you will find on this site: Mostly recipes I have either created or altered in some way. There are a few that I simply copied from somewhere else, but I have not marked them in any way. I will give credit where I can, but since I had not originally planned to publish them, I did not keep track of them, so I have long since lost track of their origin. If you see a recipe that either came from you or was inspired by you, I thank you.

What you will not find on this site: Mushrooms. I am allergic to them and do not allow them in my kitchen, let alone my food.
