A&W Red Sauce
 
Ingredients: 32 oz tomato paste
32 oz tomato puree
3/4 cups sugar
1 small onion, minced
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp plus 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp celery seed
 
Directions Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then cook on very low heat for at least 3 hours. A crock pot is good for this.
