|Brocolli Cream Cheese Casserole|
2 bunches broccoli, chopped small
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can celery soup (10 ounces or 1 1/4 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped very small
1 stick of butter
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
Steam broccoli until slightly undercooked. Mix cheese and soup in a saucepan over low heat until combined. Add brocolli and place in a casserole dish.
Saute onion in melted butter, then add saltines and cook until browned. Spoon saltine mixture over broccoli and soup mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
