2 cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Get pan or griddle very hot, then reduce heat to medium high.
Pour a ladle-full of batter onto hot pan.
Turn pancake over when bubbles appear evenly accross surface and edges are browned.
After about half the time it took to get to flipping time, remove from pan and serve.
*note* For a taste treat and extra light pancakes, use apple cider instead of milk.
