Barbecue Sauce
 
Ingredients: 1/2 cup chili powder
4 small red onions
4 anchovie fillets (1/2 can)
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
 
Directions Liquify onions and anchovies in a food processor. Mix all ingredients in a large pot and cook to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
