|Gluten Free Cream of Cheddar Soup|
1 cup cold milk
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbs butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
In a small saucepan, whisk cold milk and cornstarch until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to a boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and stir for two minutes to thicken.
