Ingredients: |
13.5 ounce can of full-fat coconut milk ΒΌ cup sugar |
Directions | Mix coconut milk with sugar in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring regularly. Once it has thickened, remove it from the heat, and let it cool. Use in a 1:1 exchange for sweetened condensed milk. |
