Creamed Corn - Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
 
Ingredients:
16 ounces corn kernels frozen or canned
¼ cup vegan butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons gluten free flour
1 ½ cups non-dairy milk
 
Directions
Melt the vegan butter in a large pot. Add the gluten free flour and stir to make a roux.
Continue cooking until roux begins to darken. Add the non-dairy milk, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Heat until thickened, then add the corn and heat until serving temperature is reached.
