Cheese Sauce | |
Ingredients: |
1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard 2 cups whole milk 8 ounces cheddar cheese |
Directions | Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Whisk in the flour and mustard and keep it moving until it begins to darken. Add the milk and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, wait 2 minutes, then slowly add cheese until thoroughly incorporated. |
