Hollandaise Sauce | |
Ingredients: |
3 egg yolks 1 stick of butter (not margarine - won't work) 1 tsp lemon juice 1 drop dijon mustard 1 splash hot sauce |
Directions |
Melt the butter in a measuring cup that has a pouring spout. Combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, and hot sauce in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes. While the blender is still running, drizzle in the melted butter very slowly. Once all the butter is added, run the blender for another minute. |
