Ingredients: Necessary ingredients:
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of dill weed

Optional ingredients:
cheddar cheese
mozarella cheese
swiss cheese
feta cheese
diced ham
diced green peppers
diced red peppers
diced onions
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
bacon bits
sour cream
Directions Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, onion powder and dill weed until mixture is well-blended. (Do not add milk!) Pour into skillet that's been heated to medium heat to form a round shape about 6 inches in diameter. Using a pan this size will help maintain uniformity. Add remaining ingredients to one half of the egg, starting and ending with cheese. If you use feta cheese, it should go on top at this step. When egg is almost completely cooked, fold in half. Let cook another minute, then flip over. Cook another minute and then serve.
