Orange Sauce
 
Ingredients: 1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp orange peel (finely shredded)
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp butter
 
Directions Combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange peel in a small saucepan.

Stir in orange juice and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Cook and stir 2 minutes more.

Remove from heat, stir in butter, and serve hot.
