Pasta Dough
Ingredients: 1 lb all purpose flour
4 eggs + 1 egg yolk
Directions Place flour on a flat surface and form into a circle. Put eggs in the center and use a fork or your hands to slowly combine the eggs and flour. Once it's completely combined, knead until dough is firm and springy. The dough is now ready to form into whatever shape you wish. Once formed, boil in salted water until al dente.
